  Really good service. Requested a quote in the evening and received a reply within 30 minutes despite messaging outside of working hours. The dehumidifier was delivered within 36hrs.   Having discovered a leak returning from holidays and the whole ground floor soaked with water I had to remove a laminate and dry a concrete floor in every room.
I got in touch with David late evening and got machines (two dehumidifiers and two fans) next day. Super fast delivery at reasonable price. In a week time, concrete floor was dry!

  David runs a fantastic operation here. The service, the product, the experience has all been exceptional. I needed to extend my rental 2 times last minute and David accommodated for it. I also had to be out the office and he scheduled delivery and pickup outside of their normal hours to make it happen.   We had a leak at home. The concrete below the carpet in 2 rooms was completely soaked. For 2 weeks, we tried to dry it using our 2 quite good dehumidifier but it wasn't enough. We then rented 2 industrial dehumidifiers from Dehumidifier Rental and that dried the concrete in just 6 days. Those were drying 3 or 4 times faster than using good home dehumidifiers. If I knew before, I would have rented them the first day instead of wasting 2 weeks.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough.We had a pipe leaking under a concrete floor and the dehumidifier was delivered less than two hours after my telephone call to the company. David and his team are incredibly efficient and polite, keeping in touch with us throughout in case we ran into difficulties and collecting the machine at a time that suited us. I recently hired a compact industrial de-humidifier from David for initially a week. Within an hour of me ordering it the machine was in my conservatory up and running, installed by Eliot. I extended the hire by a further few days together with a hygrometer. The service I received was impeccable. Being both prompt and professional. My lower ground floor was flooded by storm rain and I needed a Dehumidifer quickly. David was the first company I contacted who could fit round my working hours. He recommended a unit following my description, and actually recommended a cheaper one than I initially wanted. He then delivered it in the evening at the time I requested after work and fitted it. He then left it till I contacted him to pick it up and picked it up on the day I requested again after work. All in all a top service at a great price! Would use again although I hope I won't have too!read more
