We have had an unfortunate series of leaks and floods here at Westbourne Grove Church, Notting Hill. It has been very reassuring to be able to call on the expertise of Dehumidifier Rental who have been quick and efficient at coming to assess the problem, set up and monitor equipment. We have been able to rely on them to install equipment safely so that the building can continue to run activities and events as normal. Their staff have been friendly and knowledgeable, able to advise us well and have provided all the documentation we needed to make our insurance claims – couldn’t ask for better.

  Having discovered a leak returning from holidays and the whole ground floor soaked with water I had to remove a laminate and dry a concrete floor in every room.
I got in touch with David late evening and got machines (two dehumidifiers and two fans) next day. Super fast delivery at reasonable price. In a week time, concrete floor was dry!

  We had a leak at home. The concrete below the carpet in 2 rooms was completely soaked. For 2 weeks, we tried to dry it using our 2 quite good dehumidifier but it wasn't enough. We then rented 2 industrial dehumidifiers from Dehumidifier Rental and that dried the concrete in just 6 days. Those were drying 3 or 4 times faster than using good home dehumidifiers. If I knew before, I would have rented them the first day instead of wasting 2 weeks.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough.We had a pipe leaking under a concrete floor and the dehumidifier was delivered less than two hours after my telephone call to the company. I recently hired a compact industrial de-humidifier from David for initially a week. Within an hour of me ordering it the machine was in my conservatory up and running, installed by Eliot. I extended the hire by a further few days together with a hygrometer. The service I received was impeccable. Being both prompt and professional. After raw sewage flooded my property, David & Dehumidifier Rental bought much needed calm, control and professionalism to the situation. My lower ground floor was flooded by storm rain and I needed a Dehumidifer quickly. David was the first company I contacted who could fit round my working hours. He recommended a unit following my description, and actually recommended a cheaper one than I initially wanted. He then delivered it in the evening at the time I requested after work and fitted it. He then left it till I contacted him to pick it up and picked it up on the day I requested again after work. All in all a top service at a great price! Would use again although I hope I won't have too!read more
