Dirty Water Pump

Description

Submersible stainless steel dirty water drainage pump (25mm solids handling) without floatswitch, 10m cable and 0.37kW 240V motor. Robust design and good pump strength. Supplied with discharge hose of up to 20m so water can automatically drain away. Usual flow rates up to 220L per minute with head up to 8.2m.

Typical applications

For clean or slightly dirty water, containing solids up to 25mm grain size;
Flooded cellars, foundations, sumps, flood voids, lift shafts and more!

  Having discovered a leak returning from holidays and the whole ground floor soaked with water I had to remove a laminate and dry a concrete floor in every room.
I got in touch with David late evening and got machines (two dehumidifiers and two fans) next day. Super fast delivery at reasonable price. In a week time, concrete floor was dry!

I also had to be out the office and he scheduled delivery and pickup outside of their normal hours to make it happen.   We had a leak at home. The concrete below the carpet in 2 rooms was completely soaked. For 2 weeks, we tried to dry it using our 2 quite good dehumidifier but it wasn't enough. We then rented 2 industrial dehumidifiers from Dehumidifier Rental and that dried the concrete in just 6 days. Those were drying 3 or 4 times faster than using good home dehumidifiers. If I knew before, I would have rented them the first day instead of wasting 2 weeks.

My lower ground floor was flooded by storm rain and I needed a Dehumidifer quickly. David was the first company I contacted who could fit round my working hours. He recommended a unit following my description, and actually recommended a cheaper one than I initially wanted. He then delivered it in the evening at the time I requested after work and fitted it. He then left it till I contacted him to pick it up and picked it up on the day I requested again after work. All in all a top service at a great price! Would use again although I hope I won't have too!read more
